Gov2u assured the chair of a master class on the “European Citizen Initiative” (ECI) held on September 1st in Brussels on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the ECAS association (European Citizenship Action Service)

The aim of this master class was to guide the participants through all the steps of the process of this first tool of transnational participative democracy and to keep them updated on preparatory steps that are being taken by the EU institutions, member states and civil society organizations before the regulation enters into force on April 1, 2012.
