U-speak is an online platform which provides citizens with the means to report and comment on everything that directly affects them in their physical environment, from damages in public infrastructure or unwarranted obstacles, to hazardous spots in their area.
Just locate your position on the map, and comment on what you think is wrong in your neighbourhood. You can even upload a picture of it! Other citizens will be able to comment on other's views and rank them according to the degree of priority they choose to assign to it.
