Become our partner

Gov2u is always interested in collaborating with relevant organizations and institutions from Greece and abroad, with a view of setting up consortia for new projects and other activities related to our field. Work with us

In the one year since the establishment of Gov2u, our activities have been steadily picking up pace and the next two years promise to be eventful. For this reason, we feel it important to also focus on internal organizational needs, including building up the necessary human resources through hiring of competent staff and the creation of a network of technological and academic volunteers and interns; as well as instituting sound procedural structures based on Total Quality Management standards.

The individuals or organizations in the network may be involved with Gov2u as members of the Board of Directors, as partners in specific projects or activities, or as subscribers to Gov2u publications.

Call for experts

We periodically employ research associates with expertise in the fields of eParticipation, eDemocracy and Legislative Technologies to assist us in the implementation of our operational and research programmes. Interested candidates should demonstrate a track record of excellence in research or practice publications and/or involvement in projects relevant to the abovementioned fields.

Furthermore we would be happy to receive expressions of interest from IT experts who can assist us in the development of open source applications. Knowledge of PHP, JOOMLA and MySQL applications is a prerequisite.

Call for volunteers

Volunteers are welcomed and they will be treated as valued and equal members of Gov2u team.
We need your help if you would like to get involved in one or more of the following activities:

In up-dating this site with the latest news and information related to eParticipation, eDemocracy and Legislative Technologies
In moderating the forum from this site
In creating blogs on this site
In administrative activities: e.g. support in organizing workshops, meetings, seminars
In editing the newsletter and other publications of Gov2u
In translating services

Desired skills: Good English writing skills, PC skills, organization skills, good communication skills, team spirit, knowledge of other foreign languages

While Gov2u endeavors to feature the most relevant articles and publications related to e-democracy, e-government, citizen participation and legislative technologies as possible, we would welcome any contributions that make our site more comprehensive. info@gov2u.com

Gov2u welcomes submissions of articles for our Newsletter. The article can be of no more than 1000 words length and typed as plain text, not HTML. We do not consider anonymous or pseudonymous submissions. We will contact you within one week if we are interested in publishing your article. If you do not hear from us in a week, it is safe to assume we will not be able to use your article.
